Service Description
If your firm pays for surveyors’ reports and court fees before cases settle, you may want to discuss funding for individual disbursements or working capital across a caseload. Housing disrepair is one example. We welcome enquiries about other civil claims and commercial projects. Tell us the type of work, the approximate funding requirement and your timescale. If a provider’s criteria fit, we discuss the proposed introduction with you before sharing the outline. The provider assesses the proposal and sets its terms.
